Research ministers discuss ERA and sign "Bonn Declaration on Freedom of Scientific Research“.
On 20 October 2020, the German EU Council Presidency held an ERA Ministerial Conference in Bonn, in hybrid format. The "Bonn Declaration on Freedom of Scientific Research“ was presented at the conference, signed by several ministers and adopted by a total of 40 countries.
